Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, and level. Acclimate the planks in the installation room for 48 hours. Lay a vapor barrier, overlapping the edges. Begin at the corner, placing spacers between the planks and wall. Use the D-Click system to connect planks, tapping gently with a rubber mallet if needed. Maintain a consistent pattern and stagger the joints. Trim the last row to fit, leaving space for expansion. Finally, remove spacers and install baseboards. Disclaimer: Installation should be done by a professional only. Improper installation may void the warranty.

Maintenance Guide for Engineered Floors
Engineered floors are easy to maintain with regular care using the right cleaning materials. To clean your engineered floors, start by using a vacuum or broom with a soft bristle head to remove dirt and grit. A well-wrung mop is ideal for damp-mopping your floors.
Opt for eco-friendly cleaning materials; ESB Flooring stocks a special wood floor cleaner called Blanchon, which offers additional benefits. For quick cleaning, use Blanchon Lagoon, which comes in a handy 500ml spray bottle. Simply dust your floors, spray Blanchon Lagoon on a small section, and wipe with a clean, slightly damp mop, continuing this process until the entire room is clean.
To revive your floors, use Blanchon Daily Cleaner. Dilute 50-100ml of Blanchon Lagoon with 10 litres of water and mop your floors. Avoid chemical cleaners and household detergents, including methylated spirits, kerosene, polishes, wax, and abrasive steel wool pads.
Proper cleaning and care will ensure your engineered floors remain beautiful for years to come.
